How the work flows, and who does what.
From the first request to the sub-service’s invoice. At each step you see who acts and what the system does on its own.
Statuses are yours
The system ships with seven statuses. You can rename them, recolour them and add your own, and choose which ones appear on mobile. By default any open status can move to any other; with one rule you can allow only the transitions you define. Closed and cancelled jobs are final.
Main flow: request to closure
- 1/6Office, customer or technician
The request arrives
The office opens a job directly. A customer opens a request on the portal or your website, which waits in Gelen Talepler. A technician can open a new job for the same customer from an existing one in the field.
System: keeps a request apart from a job until a person converts it.
- 2/6Call center
The work order opens
Customer, site, one or more devices, service type, channel, priority and the reported fault. Each selected device gets its own job.
System: gives the IE number, stamps warranty and SLA target, warns about repeat faults.
- 3/6Dispatcher
The job is assigned
Drag on the board, drop on the calendar, or pick from nearby technicians in the job window. Distance is straight-line from the last located status change, shown together with open job counts.
System: runs your notification rules for the assignment.
- 4/6Technician
Heading out and starting work
The status sheet lists only statuses your company shows on mobile. Each one says what will happen: location is recorded, closing rules are checked, a reason is asked for.
System: records the change with user, time, channel and location. The first change counts as the SLA response.

Work is recorded on the job
Faults, parts from van stock, labor, travel, photos, checklists and counters are entered on the phone, and the office sees the same record on the web.
System: keeps an append-only history for every change.
- 6/6Technician or office
The job closes
If a required item is missing, the system lists it and the job stays open. On closure the technician can share the priced or unpriced service form straight from the phone.
System: deducts parts from stock, prepares the service form and schedules the survey.
